About the role
The Sales Recruiter (LATAM/US) will own the full recruitment lifecycle for Omilia's Sales and Commercial teams across Latin America and the United States. Acting as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, you will ensure hiring velocity and quality align with Omilia's commercial growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Sales roles in LATAM and the US, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and cultural hiring practices.
- Reduce Time‑to‑Hire while maintaining high Quality‑of‑Hire standards.
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and candidate experience best practices to sales leadership.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS and deliver weekly KPI dashboards.
- Promote Omilia’s employer brand through candidate interactions and regional career events.
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and professional networks, focusing on Conversational AI and SaaS sectors.
- Conduct structured behavioral and cultural fit interviews, coordinate technical assessments and sales pitch simulations.
- Manage employee referral process, pipeline development, offer negotiations, and pre‑boarding communications.
- Collaborate with HR Operations to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years focused on Sales or Commercial hiring in SaaS or Tech.
- Proven expertise in the LATAM and US talent markets with direct hiring experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
