About the role
ElevenLabs is looking for its first outbound Sales Development Representative based in Mexico to shape and execute a go‑to‑market strategy across Latin America. You will work closely with Account Executives to introduce enterprise customers to ElevenLabs’ breakthrough voice technology and create new monetization opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch outbound prospecting campaigns targeting LATAM enterprises.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through cold outreach, email, and social channels.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Provide market feedback and insights to refine messaging and product positioning.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in B2B sales development or similar outbound role.
- Self‑motivated, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
- Passion for AI, voice technology, and innovative SaaS solutions.
