About the role

We are a growing U.S. law firm seeking a Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant to work remotely during U.S. business hours. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support, offering a clear path toward greater legal responsibilities, mentorship, and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a flawless litigation calendar and track all court deadlines.
• Organize client files, medical records, and evidentiary materials.
• Prepare forms, filings, and supporting documents for attorney review.
• Track billable time and maintain accurate billing records.
• Conduct client interviews, gather facts, and provide regular case updates.
• Draft professional client communications and schedule appointments.
• Assist with legal correspondence and routine document drafting.

Required profile

• Experience in at least one of: Veterans Law, Social Security Disability, Workers' Compensation, Personal Injury, General Litigation, Medical Records Review, or U.S. legal support.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
