About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join a leading information services firm on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on diagnosing operational bottlenecks, designing process improvements, and delivering data‑driven recommendations that boost client performance and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes through data analysis and stakeholder interviews to pinpoint inefficiencies.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership, aligning solutions with strategic objectives.
• Lead the design and rollout of workflow redesigns, automation initiatives, and performance metrics.
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to uncover growth opportunities.
• Produce clear, structured reports and executive‑level presentations documenting findings and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on process optimization.
• Strong project management abilities and capacity to handle multiple engagements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
