Recruiter & HR Admin Support (Remote Part‑Time)

About the role

Kanekta is seeking a proactive Recruiter who will also provide HR administrative support. This remote, part‑time position (20 hours per week) is ideal for a candidate with end‑to‑end recruitment experience who can work independently and manage multiple hiring projects.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
• Meet with clients to define hiring needs and role specifications.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the hiring process.
• Search, headhunt, and engage top talent across various platforms.
• Conduct candidate interviews and evaluate fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates, manage feedback loops, and coordinate offers and contracts.
• Oversee onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems and ensure clear communication between clients and candidates.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and documentation.

Required profile

• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment with client‑facing responsibilities.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and closing capabilities.
• Ability to run client meetings and manage hiring requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and independent work ethic.
• Experience with HR administration or operations is a plus.
