Qualified Operator – Packing

About the role

As a Qualified Operator in the Packing area, you will support the production process by operating equipment and handling materials while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS and quality standards. You will work on both single‑component and multi‑component preparations in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machines according to SOPs.
• Manipulate materials, assemble components, and perform washing processes.
• Generate and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring data integrity.
• Monitor process parameters, report deviations, and troubleshoot routine issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, report defects, and inform supervisors of any irregularities.

Required profile

• Ability to follow GMP, EHS and SOP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and learning agility.
• Basic digital awareness and ability to work under time pressure.
• Willingness to work with moderate supervision and adapt to change.

Required skills

• MES (Manufacturing Execution System) operation.
• IPC controls.
• OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) principles.
