Product Management Manager – Core Products

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Product Management Manager to lead the Core Products portfolio (Prepaid, Debit, Credit) across Argentina and Uruguay. You will drive differentiation, adoption, and sustainable revenue growth while aligning global capabilities with local market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Core Products strategy for Argentina and Uruguay, ensuring alignment with regional and segment priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Digital, Sales, Account Management, Services, Technology, and Operations teams to launch new solutions and evolve the portfolio.
• Identify and prioritize business and technical enhancements to boost product relevance, competitiveness, and customer adoption.
• Monitor product KPIs and P&L performance, supporting incremental revenue growth.
• Deliver Core solutions within a unified, customer‑centric strategy.
• Support strategic customer engagements and help develop new business opportunities.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring smooth execution across the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven product management experience in the card payments ecosystem, especially Prepaid, Debit, and Credit products.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and influence multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a data‑driven mindset.
