Patient Concierge Coordinator (Remote, Argentina)

About the role

The Patient Concierge Coordinator supports clinical trial participants by managing travel logistics, reimbursements, and patient communications. Working remotely from Argentina, you will collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless patient services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage travel logistics and reimbursement processing for patients in assigned clinical trial projects.
• Coordinate flight, train, accommodation, and ground transport bookings using approved systems.
• Review and validate patient enrollment information and approve access to digital platforms such as PatientGO®.
• Serve as primary contact for patient requests via app, email, or phone, providing timely and compassionate responses.
• Verify reimbursement requests for compliance with study-specific policies and approve, reject, or escalate submissions.
• Maintain accurate documentation, update patient information, visit records, and service logs in real time.
• Support financial tracking and monthly reporting activities.
• Ensure strict patient confidentiality and compliance with GCP, data protection regulations, and company SOPs.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with patients, caregivers, and clinical sites.
• Experience working in clinical trial or patient support environments is preferred.
