Paralegal – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Paralegal to join our legal team remotely. The successful candidate will support attorneys with day‑to‑day legal and administrative tasks while handling confidential information with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in preparing, reviewing, and filing contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal use.
• Draft and proofread legal documents in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and organize documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties across multiple jurisdictions.
• Track deadlines, court dates, and compliance requirements.
• Support cross‑border matters involving Spanish‑ and Portuguese‑speaking clients.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to legal operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of US‑based experience in a Paralegal or similar legal support role.
• Fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of US legal terminology and procedures.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
