About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Remote Outbound Sales Specialist to join South Offices. In this role you will drive lead generation, manage outbound sales activities and build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
- Generate and manage leads, maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Engage with prospects, present solutions and communicate value propositions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM and provide regular reporting on sales metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful deal closure.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
