Online English Teacher (Spanish native)

About the role

LatinHire is seeking native Spanish speakers with an English teaching degree to deliver engaging online English classes via Zoom. Work from the comfort of your home, set your own schedule, and teach pre‑prepared lessons to learners worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live English lessons using the company’s curriculum.
• Provide brief written feedback to students after each class.
• Log in to the platform for scheduled shifts and manage your availability.
• Maintain a professional virtual classroom environment with a solid colour backdrop, webcam, and microphone.

Required profile

• Spanish as a first language.
• C1 or C2 level English proficiency.
• University degree in English teaching or a related field.
• At least one year of experience teaching English as a foreign language.
• Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 2 Mbps) and a computer with webcam and microphone.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Minimum 10 hours weekly availability, with 5 hours during peak CET times (Mon‑Fri 12 pm‑7 pm).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zoom or similar video‑conferencing tools.
