Multimedia Designer – Digital & Social Media

About the role

Monks is seeking a Multimedia Designer to create and adapt integrated multimedia assets for digital and social platforms. You will work closely with the Social Media Team to produce engaging visuals, video, and animation that align with brand guidelines and real‑time social trends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multimedia assets on agreed deadlines while managing multiple accounts.
• Adapt existing brand visuals or develop new concepts for social media formats.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Team to generate ideas for ongoing publications.
• Localize video and image assets according to platform‑specific guidelines.
• Prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and ensure high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the advertising industry at a mid‑level position.
• At least 3 years of digital experience with a strong understanding of social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok).
• Proven ability to visualize creative campaigns for diverse brands.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize tasks under pressure.
