Middle Software Engineer (JS/TS)

About the role

ElectroNeek is looking for a Mid‑level Software Engineer with a strong JavaScript/TypeScript background and an AI‑first mindset. You will work on the product surface that customers interact with, including workflow builders, AI‑agent interfaces, document‑intelligence UIs, and integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship scalable frontend and backend components using JavaScript/TypeScript, NestJS, and Angular.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery from discovery to production, releasing updates weekly.
• Drive architecture discussions, conduct code reviews, and improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Identify refactoring opportunities and implement technical improvements proactively.
• Troubleshoot production issues quickly and turn root‑cause analyses into permanent fixes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, DevOps, Support, and Engineering teams in short feedback loops.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• AI‑first mindset: daily use of AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, Codex) and demonstrable AI‑powered work.
• Product‑oriented thinking, able to solve problems end‑to‑end.
• Strong communication skills and ownership mentality in a remote team setting.
