Middle+ 1C Developer (UT, BP)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Middle‑level 1C developer to join our international team. You will work on ERP World Edition, BP 3.0 and UT configurations, supporting multiple accounting databases and localizations for Kazakhstan and Serbia.

Key responsibilities

• Improve custom configurations for BP 3.0 and 1C ERP.
• Develop new modules, processes, reports, extensions and external tools to automate business processes.
• Integrate 1C software with our main web product using HTTP, web services and COM.
• Refactor existing code, applying the latest 1C platform tools and optimization techniques.
• Support and maintain the current infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and consultation (1‑3 hours per week) to finance‑department users.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with 1C development.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Familiarity with standard BP 3.0 and UT configurations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of the 1C:Enterprise platform and hands‑on experience.
• Experience integrating third‑party software via HTTP, web services, COM and external data sources.
• Proficiency in importing and exporting data in CSV, XML and JSON formats.
• Working knowledge of 1C Integration Bus, Apache Kafka and AI‑assisted development tools.
