Medical Professional for U.S. Chiropractic Patient Intake & Documentation

About the role

We are seeking a licensed medical professional to support a U.S. chiropractic office remotely. The role focuses on accurate patient intake, communication, and documentation, ensuring seamless interaction between patients, providers, and insurance entities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake calls, gathering detailed information on symptoms, injuries, treatment history, and insurance.
• Review and verify medical records, chiropractic notes, MRI reports, and other treatment documents for accuracy.
• Identify missing information, documentation errors, or terminology issues and correct them.
• Enter and update patient data in the office’s electronic systems.
• Follow up with patients, providers, imaging centers, law firms, and insurance companies as needed.
• Assist with records requests, appointment coordination, and case follow‑up while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Licensed medical professional (doctor, nurse, chiropractor, or physical therapist) in your home country.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Comfortable speaking with patients and collecting detailed medical information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot documentation mistakes.
• Experience in patient intake, medical records, chiropractic, physical therapy, personal injury, or workers’ compensation is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.
