Marketing Manager – Portfolio Marketing (Firstbase)

About the role

AppDirect is looking for a Marketing Manager to serve as the primary marketing lead for its Firstbase business unit. You will translate business strategy into integrated marketing plans and execute campaigns that drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans for Firstbase.
• Own campaign strategy across digital, events, content, and enablement channels.
• Lead product launches and go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Set campaign KPIs and measure performance against pipeline and revenue targets.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and coordinate external contractors or agency partners.
• Identify cross‑sell and shared go‑to‑market opportunities across the portfolio.
• Present marketing results and insights to business unit stakeholders.
• Continuously refine programs based on performance data and Voice of Customer insights.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, technology, telecom, or services.
• Proven experience owning marketing strategy for a product line or business unit.
• Ability to translate business priorities into marketing programs with clear ROI expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience establishing and tracking campaign KPIs.
