Marketing Growth Manager

About the role

Fever is looking for a Marketing Growth Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its flagship entertainment experiences across major regions. You will translate executive goals into actionable campaigns, driving awareness, engagement and sales for both partner events and Fever Original productions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the full marketing strategy for assigned experiences worldwide.
• Develop and execute scalable marketing plans for exclusive partner and Fever Original events.
• Launch, monitor and optimise high‑visibility performance campaigns on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google.
• Collaborate with the growth marketing team to analyse results, identify opportunities and continuously improve performance.
• Manage regional P&L and large‑scale marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI.
• Leverage data insights to guide strategic decisions, uncover growth opportunities and refine marketing models.
• Work cross‑functionally with Sales, Media, CRM, Design and Content teams to provide strategic direction for campaigns.

• Ability to connect executive‑level objectives with day‑to‑day execution and inspire teams.
