Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will act as the strategic orchestrator of BAT’s company‑wide marketing initiatives in Argentina. Reporting to the local marketing leadership, you will drive the creation, approval and distribution of campaign content, oversee product launch plans and ensure all activities support the brand’s objectives while delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all marketing content aligns with the overall brand strategy and messaging.
• Provide clear briefs and expectations to external agencies.
• Lead development and approval of CPPs (Campaign Planning Packages) for product launches and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the brand cycle grid and coordinate the cycle meeting cascade across brands and markets.
• Oversee integrated planning of marketing activities across all channels.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics such as ROI, market share and brand awareness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience in consumer experience, campaign management, CRM or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of executing data‑driven campaigns that improve engagement, retention or conversion.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret KPIs and customer behaviour.
• Advanced level of English communication.
