Logistics Coordinator – Customer Service Support

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator will provide day‑to‑day operational logistics support to the Customer Service field organization in Buenos Aires. Acting as the central point of contact for customer engineers, third‑party warehouses, transport providers, service account managers and the global logistics team, the role ensures fast, reliable delivery of spare parts and maintains inventory integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve logistics calls by sourcing and arranging shipment of spare parts required for service calls.
• Manage stock level plans, monitor back‑orders, expedite deliveries and maintain targeted service‑level objectives.
• Conduct inventory audits, update stock quantities, investigate discrepancies and handle in‑transit and return‑failure issues.
• Interface directly with Territory Managers, customer engineers and Field Service Coordinators to provide maximum logistics support.
• Act as the first point of contact for parts availability issues across Customer Service, account teams and global logistics organizations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and solid PC proficiency.
• Experience with Oracle ES is desirable.
