Missions principales

• Support attorneys in the comprehensive preparation and management of legal discovery processes.
• Draft high-quality legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and subpoenas.
• Handle the formal filing of documents with the court in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage and organize case files securely using MyCase and Dropbox.
• Act as a key point of contact for attorneys, opposing counsel, court personnel, and clients.
• Proactively monitor and track all legal deadlines to ensure strict compliance with court schedules.

Profil recherché

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paralegal within a US-based law firm.
• Proven expertise in Family Law is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with an uncompromising attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest ethical standards.
• Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Competences requises

• Advanced proficiency in MyCase legal management software.
• Expertise in secure digital file management (Dropbox or similar).
• Flawless written and oral English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of US litigation procedures and legal terminology.
