Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer to create user‑friendly, high‑performance interfaces and integration libraries that bring Generative AI and intelligent automation to teams across IT, HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop end‑to‑end GenAI‑powered web applications with intuitive UIs and low‑latency client‑side API integrations.
• Build responsive, accessible front‑end components for streaming responses, prompt inputs, citations and summaries.
• Create and maintain reusable component libraries, hooks and design systems for enterprise‑grade GenAI apps.
• Deliver LLM‑based experiences using LangChain, LlamaIndex and models such as OpenAI, Claude or Gemini.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on AI UX patterns, ensuring security, accessibility, observability and test coverage.

Required profile

• 5+ years building production applications with React, TypeScript or Vue for enterprise use cases.
• 5–8 years of full‑stack experience covering front‑end UIs, REST APIs and microservices.
• 2+ years integrating GenAI features, LLM APIs and prompt UI patterns.
• 2+ years of Python backend development and cloud microservices on AWS, Docker and REST APIs.
