IT Support Specialist - Networking & AV Systems

About the role

We are looking for a remote IT Support Specialist who will ensure seamless ICT and AV operations for a global, multicultural environment. The position is freelance and focuses on 2nd‑line support, network troubleshooting, and video‑conferencing assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd‑line ICT and AV support for desktop, laptop, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve VPN, Wi‑Fi, VoIP, and Microsoft Teams connectivity problems.
• Support video‑conferencing tools such as Teams, Zoom, WebEx, and Skype.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment.
• Escalate tickets, generate reports, and perform quality‑control checks.
• Assist users in an international, multicultural setting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, data reporting, and network troubleshooting.
• Conversational proficiency in English and German (B2 level).
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus.
