About the role

Join the Sales Excellence – Pursuit Services – Interactive Graphic Design (IGD) team to create high‑impact digital experiences that help sales teams adopt a digital‑first approach. You will work on customized websites, interactive prototypes, video, and immersive storytelling platforms for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive digital experiences from concept through development hand‑off, ensuring quality, scalability, and brand alignment.
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes, presentation assets, and visual storytelling pieces for client demonstrations.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to guarantee feasible implementation and smooth workflows.
• Maintain organized design systems, assets, and documentation while upholding creative and brand standards.
• Stay current with UI/UX, web design, digital experience trends, and AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• English CV and active portfolio link (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic and web design across diverse digital projects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in web or digital design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping workflows.
• Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Foundational animation or motion‑design abilities (Adobe After Effects).
• Solid understanding of how design and animation assets integrate into web development pipelines.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, layout, typography, and digital user‑experience principles.
