About the role

We are seeking a Head of Creative Strategy to lead the creative engine behind large‑scale paid media performance for multiple high‑growth consumer brands in Argentina. This senior leadership position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, creative systems, and creator‑driven growth, translating data‑driven insights into compelling, revenue‑generating creative output.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall creative strategy and performance standards across a diverse portfolio of consumer brand clients.
  • Build, refine, and operationalize creative frameworks, playbooks, and SOPs based on platform insights from Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of performance creative strategists, improving their ability to diagnose issues and create high‑converting concepts.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end creative production in collaboration with editing and production leads to ensure speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Partner with creator and talent teams to align briefing, production, and paid media execution for maximum impact.
  • Own creative onboarding for new clients, delivering early performance wins within the first 30 days.
  • Act as senior creative authority in client conversations, presenting insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Continuously analyze creative performance trends to identify optimization and scaling opportunities.

Required profile

  • 7+ years of experience in performance creative, preferably in a fast‑paced agency environment.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as higher conversion rates, lower CPA, or revenue growth.
  • Deep expertise in direct‑response marketing and paid social creative performance on Meta and TikTok.
  • Strong ability to mentor and lead high‑performing creative teams in a results‑oriented setting.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable creative direction.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
