Global Full‑Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

You will own end‑to‑end recruiting for both technical and non‑technical positions across multiple regions, helping a fast‑growing company protect thousands of retail locations. The role is fully remote with flexible hours and core overlap with Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting funnel for engineering, data, product, IT, G&A, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success roles.
• Source candidates globally using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, talent communities, and advanced Boolean/X‑ray techniques.
• Conduct structured intakes, create scorecards, and set service‑level agreements.
• Design and coordinate interviews, assessments, and debriefs with clear rubrics.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, automate workflows, and track funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Calibrate compensation, run references/background checks, and deliver a standout candidate experience.
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and provide weekly pipeline updates.

Required profile

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with a candidate‑first mindset.
• High ownership, urgency, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience building scalable recruiting processes and workflows.
