About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a German‑speaking Customer Experience Specialist. You will provide multilingual support to customers, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service in German and English.
• Achieve excellent customer experience and satisfaction scores.
• Identify and assess customers' needs.
• Handle general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior experience required; openness to learning and growth.
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria.
