Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Full‑Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our remote team and help build a SaaS Telecom Expense Management platform. You will work on both bug fixes and new feature development, delivering high‑quality code in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the core SaaS platform, focusing on expense and device management modules.
• Fix bugs and implement new features, spending the majority of time on mission‑critical code.
• Collaborate with product managers, tech services, and customers to gather requirements and provide feedback.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to Ruby on Rails.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile, remote team setting.
