Equipment Operator

About the role

The Equipment Operator ensures safe, efficient and reliable delivery of PSD services to customers. Working closely with field and maintenance crews, the operator prepares and operates equipment, upholds safety standards and contributes to continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare equipment for rig‑up and rig‑down, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Operate machinery according to competency level and job requirements while wearing required PPE.
• Participate in pre‑job and toolbox meetings and report any equipment problems or deviations.
• Maintain accurate job deliverables and ensure they are completed on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support maintenance crews.
• Adhere to HSE policies and maintain required safety training.

Required profile

• Commitment to safety and ability to work as part of a crew.
• Reliability in delivering tasks on time and following standard operating procedures.
• Willingness to attend meetings and training sessions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating equipment relevant to PSD delivery.
• Ability to perform basic equipment inspections and report issues.
• Understanding of PPE usage and HSE regulations.
