Entry-Level UX/UI Designer

About the role

Alpha Efficiency is seeking an enthusiastic entry-level UX/UI Designer to shape the user experience and visual design of its digital products. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, attractive interfaces that meet user needs.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse user requirements in collaboration with product teams.
• Illustrate design concepts using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes.
• Create UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, navigation buttons and search fields.
• Develop mockups and interactive prototypes that demonstrate functionality and look-and-feel.
• Produce original graphics, sketches and tables for digital assets.
• Present drafts to internal stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Identify and resolve UX issues, including responsiveness and pain points.
• Adjust layouts based on user testing and maintain style guidelines for fonts, colors and images.

Required profile

• Portfolio of design projects demonstrating UI/UX capabilities.
• BSc in Design, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work proactively in a team environment.

Required skills

• Wireframing tools: Whimsical, Gliffy, Moqups, UXPin, Justinmind.
• Design software: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (optional but beneficial).
