About the role

The District Sales Manager is responsible for delivering sales targets within an assigned zone for automotive products, including vehicles and components. This role drives sales execution, supports dealers and key customers, and enhances brand presence through local activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute regional or national sales plans and initiatives within the zone.
  • Manage day‑to‑day communication, business follow‑up, and CRM operations with dealers and key customers.
  • Support dealers with payments, quality operations, contract execution, and commercial discussions.
  • Provide product and market training, sales guidance, and address customer issues promptly.
  • Monitor local market conditions, competitor activity, and customer feedback; track sales performance and KPIs.
  • Prepare regular sales and market reports for regional management.
  • Coordinate with marketing, product, logistics, and supply‑chain teams to ensure order follow‑up, inventory visibility, and timely delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between dealers/customers and internal teams.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and dealer management.
  • Strong ability to achieve sales targets and drive volume growth.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Capability to monitor market trends and provide actionable insights.
