DevOps Engineer – Azure & Kubernetes

About the role

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain Azure‑based CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. The role focuses on automating deployments, ensuring code quality and supporting the engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Azure YAML pipelines for CI/CD, integrating SonarQube quality gates.
• Implement infrastructure as code using ARM templates or Terraform and automate provisioning through pipelines.
• Manage container orchestration on Kubernetes and OpenShift, including deployment, scaling and monitoring.
• Develop and maintain scripts in Bash or Python to automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot application issues and understand service interactions.
• Handle Azure services such as Key Vault, App Service, Application Gateway, API Management, Cosmos DB and HDI Kafka.
• Apply release and deployment best practices, ensuring secure and reliable roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and Git SCM best practices.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts and container technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret application architecture and data/event flows.
• Proficiency in scripting with Bash or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools (ARM, Terraform).
• Familiarity with Azure services listed above and networking fundamentals.
