Designer – Global Studios (Remote/Buenos Aires)

About the role

Join DEPT®'s Global Studios team as a Designer, creating emotive, conversion‑focused digital experiences for leading brands. Working remotely from Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with strategists, copywriters and fellow designers to deliver high‑impact visual solutions that drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage design projects from brief to final delivery.
• Contribute innovative concepts during creative brief sessions.
• Produce high‑quality visual designs, including image sourcing and digital artworking.
• Develop rich visual content for owned channels such as websites, apps and email.
• Ensure designs align with client business goals and current design trends.
• Incorporate feedback constructively and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain accountability for flawless output and meet scheduled timelines.

Required profile

• Proven digital design experience using industry‑standard tools.
• Self‑driven, resourceful and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent eye for layout, typesetting and retouching.
• Collaborative team player who supports colleagues and embraces new challenges.
• Willingness to experiment with emerging AI platforms to accelerate creative work.
• Ability to adapt style across diverse client needs and fast‑paced turnarounds.
• Motion and 3D experience is a plus.
