Designer – Global Studios (Remote, Buenos Aires)

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a creative Designer to join its Global Studios team. You will work remotely from Buenos Aires, collaborating with strategists, copywriters and other designers to produce emotive, conversion‑focused digital experiences for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Take design briefs from concept to final delivery, ensuring high‑quality output.
• Generate innovative visual ideas during creative sessions.
• Source images, create digital artwork, and develop rich visual content for websites, apps and email.
• Align designs with client business objectives and stay current with design and marketing trends.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold flawless design standards.
• Deliver projects on time and within agreed timelines.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, resourceful and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset, able to support colleagues and adapt to varied client needs.
• Willingness to learn emerging AI tools and experiment with new techniques.
• Ability to handle both long‑term brand projects and fast‑paced weekly turnarounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma and other industry‑standard design frameworks.
• Strong eye for layout, typography and retouching.
• Experience with motion or 3D design is a plus.
