Cybersecurity Teaching Expert

About the role

TripleTen is looking for experienced cybersecurity professionals to join its bootcamp as full‑time teaching experts. You will guide students through the fundamentals of cybersecurity, help them overcome technical challenges, and prepare them for careers in the tech industry.

Key responsibilities

• Host live Q&A sessions and lead core lessons on cybersecurity topics.
• Provide personalized 1:1 video support to answer questions and guide assignments.
• Respond to student inquiries via direct messages and text chat.
• Review student projects, give clear, actionable feedback, and ensure standards are met.
• Share professional insights, best practices, and real‑world examples with the learning community.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity.
• Strong ability to explain complex concepts to beginners with patience and empathy.
• Fluent English (B1 minimum) and strong Spanish proficiency.
• Availability to dedicate 12–20 hours per week, with occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Network architecture knowledge (flat vs. segmented networks, DMZ, blast‑radius reduction).
• Authentication and access‑abuse expertise (privileged access, RDP, data export risks).
• Incident analysis using MITRE ATT&CK tactics.
• Log analysis and pattern detection.
• Python programming for log processing and scripting.
