About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Assistant to work remotely on a contract basis. In this role you will help train next‑generation AI systems by providing high‑quality, real‑world customer support inputs. No prior AI experience is required – your communication expertise and domain knowledge are what matter.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic written and verbal responses to a wide range of customer queries.
- Provide real‑world insights to improve AI‑driven support tools.
- Assess, annotate, and review support interactions to maintain quality and consistency.
- Identify common pain points and document best‑practice solutions.
- Collaborate with the client’s team to share feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Maintain high standards of communication while working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
Required profile
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar client‑facing role.
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in documenting and reflecting on customer interactions.
