About the role

Globant is seeking a visionary executive to lead its Cultural Hacking studio on a global scale. The Studio Partner will shape strategy, drive business growth, and embed AI‑powered transformation capabilities across the cultural transformation practice.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global strategy for cultural transformation, leveraging AI, automation, and data‑driven insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CHROs, and Boards, translating complex organizational dynamics into measurable business outcomes.
• Lead consultative selling efforts and secure large‑scale transformation engagements.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams of directors, strategists, technologists, AI experts, and senior consultants.
• Champion disruptive thinking and design innovative, technology‑driven cultural interventions.

Required profile

• Proven C‑suite credibility with a track record of advising senior executives on cultural and AI‑enabled transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience closing complex consultancy contracts.
• Deep expertise in change management frameworks, organizational design, and digital transformation.
