Creative Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and dynamic Creative Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end creative initiatives and support digital event coordination. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate multidisciplinary nodes to deliver high‑impact creative projects while maintaining strict scope and deadline control.
• Develop robust project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and comprehensive documentation to streamline complex workflows.
• Safeguard brand integrity by ensuring all creative output meets quality standards and strategic guidelines.
• Bridge communication gaps between internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and transparency.
• Lead the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual conferences, from vendor coordination to promotional strategy.
• Analyze post‑event data to measure impact and inform future initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, preferably within a creative agency.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced, shifting‑priority environments.
• Detail‑oriented team player capable of building strong stakeholder relationships.
