Configuration Specialist – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team. Working offshore or nearshore, you will partner with onshore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for mortgage‑lending clients.

Key responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks across MCP capability groups, including core platform setup, workflow configuration, document/imaging setup, reporting, and system integrations.
• Support onshore consultants throughout the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and design‑and‑build to acceptance testing, UAT, and go‑live.
• Contribute to Statements of Work (SOW), configuration documentation, and implementation estimates under onshore direction.
• Resolve support tickets and defects, following established triage and escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate configuration progress, open items, and ticket status in tools such as ADO, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Follow defined configuration standards, naming conventions, and quality checklists.
• Collaborate with onshore team members via daily or weekly coordination touchpoints and asynchronous communication channels.
• Support internal automation and AI‑assisted implementation initiatives by executing structured tasks.

Required profile

• Experience with mortgage technology, loan‑origination systems, or enterprise software configuration.
• Strong technical aptitude for configuring complex platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in an offshore/nearshore environment and coordinate with onshore teams.
• Excellent written communication for client‑facing updates and documentation.

Required skills

• Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) configuration.
• Workflow, document/imaging, reporting, and integration setup.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools: ADO, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Understanding of configuration standards and quality checklists.
