Canva User/Specialist (Remote Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Canva User/Specialist to support AI training initiatives. In this contractor position you will apply your hands‑on Canva experience to create and manage design assets that help train next‑generation creative AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Use Canva to create, edit, and organize a wide range of design assets for AI training.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver brand‑consistent materials.
• Document design decisions and processes clearly to aid data annotation and AI model training.
• Provide feedback on Canva workflows and suggest improvements.
• Maintain organized repositories with proper version control for all design files.
• Communicate project updates promptly via written and verbal channels.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings and contribute to process‑improvement discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Canva usage at a user level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow guidelines precisely while exercising creativity within set parameters.
• Familiarity with collaborative online tools and remote‑working best practices.
• Strong organizational skills for efficient digital‑asset management.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
