CAD Designer (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are looking for a talented CAD Designer to join our team remotely on a contract basis. You will create detailed technical drawings and plans for a variety of projects, ensuring high quality and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure designs meet quality and safety standards.
• Utilize SolidWorks to create 2D and 3D models.
• Create system designs for various projects.
• Assist in technical writing for design documentation.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented CAD Designer with a passion for innovative design.
• Ability to work independently and meet weekly 40‑hour commitments.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SolidWorks CAD software.
• Experience in system design and build processes.
• Technical writing ability for design documentation.
