BIM Consultant – Digital Construction Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive BIM Consultant to lead the implementation, management, and optimisation of Building Information Modeling processes across a range of international projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors and project managers to ensure BIM standards are applied consistently and to drive digital efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support BIM implementation on multiple projects.
• Develop, maintain and enforce BIM Execution Plans, protocols and standards.
• Coordinate model development and information exchange among multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Define and manage Level of Development (LOD) and Level of Information Need (LOIN) requirements.
• Perform model audits, quality checks and clash detection.
• Support design and implementation of Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Provide technical guidance and training on BIM tools and workflows.
• Assist in defining BIM uses such as coordination, quantity take‑off, 4D/5D simulations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and visualisations to track BIM performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
• Proven experience in BIM roles (e.g., BIM Coordinator, BIM Specialist, BIM Consultant).
• Strong knowledge of BIM standards, especially ISO 19650.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
