Bilingual Spanish-English EFL Teacher – Remote

About the role

We are seeking native Spanish speakers with C1/C2 English proficiency to teach beginner English learners online. The position is fully remote and combines group and one‑on‑one sessions using a bilingual teaching model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality English instruction to adult beginners in both group and private classes.
• Utilise Spanish to support comprehension and accelerate learning.
• Follow the CEFR framework and adapt lesson plans to student needs.
• Contribute to curriculum development and content creation when required.

Required profile

• Spanish first‑language speaker with C1/C2 English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited institution.
• TESOL, TEFL or equivalent certification (optional if degree is in English Language Teaching).
• Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience, preferably online.
• Strong knowledge of the CEFR framework.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide at least 10 hours weekly availability, including 5 peak‑time hours.

• Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 processor or higher.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• High‑speed internet connection (≥20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable.
• UPS backup power for uninterrupted sessions.
• Noise‑cancelling headset and HD webcam.
• Quiet, private, well‑lit teaching space.
