BESS Sales Specialist – International Energy Storage

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic BESS Sales Specialist to drive the growth of our overseas energy‑storage business. You will act as the primary commercial liaison for international projects, handling contract negotiations, quotations, and customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand the company’s overseas battery energy storage system (BESS) sales pipeline.
• Lead commercial contract and price negotiations during project bidding processes.
• Prepare detailed product quotations, break down pricing, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure yearly sales targets are met.
• Manage daily interactions with overseas customers, including site visits, reception, and relationship maintenance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; background in international trade or a scientific field is preferred.
• Experience in new‑energy vehicle or energy‑storage industries is a plus.
• Strong business etiquette, communication, and leadership abilities.
• High motivation, competitive spirit, and willingness to travel frequently.
• Previous overseas work experience or sales experience in vehicle parts or energy‑storage solutions is advantageous.
