Associate People Advisor Specialist

About the role

The People Advisory Specialist works independently within the People Partnership and Advisory function, supporting the full employee lifecycle across the organization. The role offers day‑to‑day advisory services to managers and employees on HR processes, policy interpretation, employee relations, and compliance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Support multiple people‑management processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, performance management and talent development.
• Explain the advantages and disadvantages of HR processes to both employees and the organization.
• Interpret and apply company policies in everyday situations.
• Assist in conflict resolution, investigations and other sensitive employee conversations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in People Management, HR Advisory or related operational HR roles.
• Hands‑on experience with the employee lifecycle (onboarding, off‑boarding, performance management, employee relations).
• Experience working under senior HR supervision while developing independent judgment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
