Associate Paid Social

About the role

The Associate Paid Social will support the implementation and execution of paid social campaigns for clients of Dentsu Argentina’s offshore team. You will handle campaign setup, monitoring, reporting and billing while ensuring high‑quality service and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to define campaign strategies and optimizations.
• Upload campaigns, ads and perform quality‑control checks, including data QA.
• Monitor daily spend, KPIs and performance metrics.
• Prepare and deliver performance reports.
• Implement agreed optimizations on paid social platforms.
• Participate in weekly virtual networking meetings and periodic in‑office peer activities.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of experience in paid social or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, finance or analytics.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and other paid social platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts; organic social experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
