Analista Contable

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an Analista Contable to support accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and local accounting standards. The role involves collaborating with global accounting teams and contributing to month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly, quarterly and year‑end close, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley internal controls and update process documentation.
• Analyze expenses, ensure proper coding, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support audit activities and statutory reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum three years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in CRO or pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with US GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Strong analytical, documentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• US GAAP knowledge
• Oracle Financials (ERP) experience
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Fluency in written and spoken English
