Agriculture & Heavy Equipment Technician – Immediate Hire

About the role

Bayview Trucks & Equipment is seeking a skilled Agriculture & Heavy Equipment Technician to join its modern shop. You will work on Kubota agricultural, turf, and construction equipment, ensuring reliable performance for customers who keep our communities fed and built.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service Kubota equipment, including engines, powertrains, hydraulics, electrical systems, and attachments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Complete repair orders, warranty paperwork, and technical reports accurately.
• Assist with field service calls and equipment testing as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Required profile

• Passion for agriculture and heavy‑equipment work.
• Certification or near‑completion in an Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3).
• 4+ years of mechanical/service experience with agricultural or heavy equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑oriented, reliable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Clean driver’s abstract and ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using computer‑based service software.
