Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant

About the role

The Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Consultant will join ZS’s Customer Data & Omnichannel Experience team to lead implementations of Adobe’s Customer Data Platform. You will work closely with clients to configure, integrate and optimise the platform for real‑time personalization and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Configure Adobe Experience Platform, including XDM schemas, datasets and data ingestion pipelines.
• Implement identity resolution and unified customer profiles within the Real‑Time CDP.
• Build and manage audience segmentation for batch, streaming and real‑time use cases.
• Design, configure and support journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer, including triggers and cross‑channel activation.
• Enable campaign activation across email, web and downstream platforms.
• Set up Customer Journey Analytics for cross‑channel reporting and insights.
• Support testing, data validation and troubleshooting across the AEP ecosystem.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Real‑Time CDP in production environments.
• Strong understanding of XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution and audience segmentation.
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and journey orchestration.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Exposure to Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Fluency in English and a client‑first mentality.
• Intense work ethic, collaborative spirit and problem‑solving approach.
