Join a leading multinational environment through Acciona IT as an Active Directory Support Engineer (SSR). In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and evolving the identity and access management infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security for a large-scale enterprise ecosystem.

Missions principales

• Manage and promote Active Directory Domain Controllers and perform preventive maintenance (housekeeping).
• Diagnose, support, and track technical incidents, including escalation to external providers.
• Monitor and analyze system performance using tools such as Solarwinds Orion and Microsoft Operations Manager.
• Participate in key infrastructure projects, including implementations, upgrades, and complex migrations.
• Execute performance, stress, and recovery tests to ensure system resilience.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Technology, and Support teams to define solutions and gather requirements.
• Perform impact analysis and technical validation for all infrastructure changes.
• Generate detailed metrics, consumption, and error reports.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience as a Support Engineer or System Administrator focusing on Active Directory environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting with diverse technical departments.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Availability to participate in on-call rotations (active/passive) and provide out-of-hours support when required.
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement and technical documentation.

Competences requises

• Advanced Active Directory administration and Domain Controller management.
• Proficiency with monitoring tools: Solarwinds Orion and Microsoft Operations Manager (SCOM).
• Experience in infrastructure upgrades, patching, and migration processes.
• Technical validation and testing (Stress, Recovery, and Performance tests).
